AmCham and World Bank Discuss Private Sector Challenges and Opportunities

On September 8 at 1:00 PM, a World Bank delegation led by ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐‡๐จ๐จ๐ง ๐’๐š๐ก๐ข๐› ๐’๐จ๐ก, ๐๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐„๐œ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐œ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ข๐œ ๐’๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ, met with ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐’๐ฒ๐ž๐ ๐„๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ ๐€๐ก๐ฆ๐ž๐, ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ, ๐€๐ฆ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฆ, to discuss recent economic developments, trade issues, and the World Bankโ€™s upcoming budget support program focusing on jobs and its forthcoming Growth and Jobs Report at Sheraton Banani.

The World Bank team highlighted ongoing initiatives to advance private sector reforms in collaboration with the interim government.
