AmCham hosted a focused group discussion at Korota, Level 14, Sheraton Hotel, Banani, Dhaka, with representatives from companies affected by the recent HSIA fire incident, which resulted in significant damage to imported goods and business operations.
The discussion centered on identifying ways to provide support through policy measures and advocacy, while exploring constructive pathways for recovery and resilience.
The session was attended by representatives from Atlas Logistics Bangladesh (Pvt.) Ltd., Modus Health Technologies Ltd., North End Coffee Roasters, and r-pac Bangladesh Ltd. The discussion was chaired by Mr. Syed Ershad Ahmed, President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh (AmCham).
